Description : Greenore 18yr old (46%) from Cooley Distillery

Appearance :  Light Gold
Nose :      Some butterscotch, and fruit, slight hint of banana.
Palate :   Butterscotch & honey
Finish :   Long finish, slightly floral, with hints of marzipan.
Verdict : A nice whiskey, with a very dense palate. Difficult to pick up particular                           flavours on the palate, but very pleasant.

Description :   Macallan 18 yr old, 43%, from Master of Malt.

Appearance :  Rich, Toffee Amber.

Nose :     Medium intensity, Olorosso sherry nose, new leather, marzipan, pecan pie.

Palate :  Very smooth, right through the finish. Sweet throughout, with a treacle tart                  flavour and some toffee.

Finish :   Becomes sweeter and richer. Slight hint of smoke and liquorice.
